Platform Notice
This platform is provided by Formaxis for the purpose of delivering and granting controlled access to project source code and related deliverables.
Access is strictly limited to clients who have:
- Completed formal project acceptance, and
- Fulfilled all final payment obligations in accordance with the governing agreement.
This platform is private and not publicly accessible.

Delivery Conditions
- Repository access is granted only after final payment has been received and project acceptance is confirmed.
- Deliverables are defined strictly by the executed agreement, quotation, or Scope of Work.
- Access to a repository does not automatically constitute transfer of intellectual property ownership unless expressly stated in writing.
- Where ownership transfer is contractually required, repository ownership will be transferred upon completion of the delivery process.

Scope of Delivered Materials
Delivery may include
- Git source code repository
- Tagged release snapshots
- Deployment and environment configuration documentation
- Backup and maintenance instructions
- Technical documentation created under the project scope
Not included unless agreed in writing
- Transfer of third-party software licenses
- Ownership of hosting servers or cloud accounts
- Third-party API credentials or commercial subscriptions
- Ongoing maintenance, updates, or technical support services

Account and Access Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for safeguarding account credentials.
- Formaxis shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access.
- In the event of contractual breach, payment dispute, or misuse, Formaxis reserves the right to suspend access pending resolution.

Limitation of Responsibility
- After delivery, any deployment, modification, or operational use by the client is at the client's own risk.
- Post-delivery support or maintenance requires a separate written agreement.
- This platform serves as a delivery and access mechanism only and does not constitute an indefinite hosting obligation.

If final payment has been completed but access has not yet been granted, please contact us with your project name and billing reference.
